META is an educational portal that seeks to strengthen the teaching and learning process in Paraguay.
Paraguay Educa, as an expert organization in educational innovation, takes on the great challenge of creating a portal whose mission is to accompany the actors of Paraguayan education and support the processes of transformation in this area, offering resources and services that enhance the skills of students and educators in an equitable and comprehensive way.
Today known as Portal META, this Technological Educational Medium for Learning, which proposes education as a national GOAL, is a project that is developed thanks to the support of Dubai Cares Foundation.
For this development we work together with the Ministry of Education and SciencesAll with the aim of building a pedagogical route that allows us to think about school experiences that encourage the development of critical thinking, communication skills, collaboration, and creativity. For this reason, an important pillar of META is the development professional of the educator and the promotion of continuous learning.
This technological medium will be able to:
- Promote the active participation of the educational community;
- Provide content creation opportunities; and
- Offer spaces with specific, localized content relevant to the local situation.
META is a platform designed according to the needs of educators, students and the educational community in general, with content classified and systematized according to each profile. The focus is on awakening the emotion of learning without time or age limits.

We are a non-profit civil association that since 2008 promotes technology and educational innovation with the vision that every child in Paraguay develops competencies technological and life skills.
We have more than 12 years of experience collaborating with the government in the formulation of public policies on innovation in teaching experiences and learning with technological innovations in education.
In addition, since 2016 as part of our plan expansion and sustainability, we offer consulting services and workshops on topics such as computational thinking, programming for children, maker spaces and digital fabrication laboratories, 1 to 1 model, education and inclusion financial and educational robotics.

Dubai Cares Foundation part of Mohammed Bin's global initiatives Rashid Al Maktoum, a global philanthropic organization based in the United Arab Emirates, which focuses on providing children and young people in developing countries, access to quality education through the design and financing of programs that are aimed at being:
